Mr. S. D. Pandian, Founder Secretary of SEEDS, is a committed social development professional with a lifelong passion for community empowerment. He began his career with the Sarvodaya Movement, where he developed a strong foundation in grassroots social work and people-centered development. Guided by a clear vision for inclusive growth, Mr. Pandian has consistently worked towards the upliftment of poor and marginalized communities, with a special focus on women, children, and farmers. His leadership reflects a deep belief in social justice, self-reliance, and sustainable development, making him a driving force behind SEEDS’ mission and impact.

Mrs. Chellammal is a dedicated educator by profession, with over 15 years of experience in leading and nurturing student communities. She holds an M.A. and M.Phil. in Tamil Literature and has maintained a strong and committed association with SEEDS for more than 20 years.

Mr. G. Suresh Babu

Mr. G. Suresh Babu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and currently serves in a senior managerial role at Samunnati, a nationally recognized organization specializing in agri value-chain solutions and development services. With a strong professional foundation and a clear strategic outlook, he brings valuable insights that support the systematic growth and long-term sustainability of the SEEDS.

Mr. Jeyakannan is a dedicated social worker from Virudhunagar District, with a long-standing association with SEEDS that dates back to its inception in 1995. Since the early formative years of the organization, he has maintained a strong, professional, and committed relationship with SEEDS, contributing consistently to its overall growth and development.

Mr. Ramesh Venugobal hails from Palakkad, Kerala, and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce,also certified in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, further strengthening his ability to integrate sustainability, social responsibility, and governance principles into development programs.He brings over a decade of rich, multi-sectoral experience in development finance, institutional coordination, and grassroots implementation, with a strong focus on sustainable and inclusive development.

Mr.Parthasarathy  

Mr.Parthasarathy  is With over twelve years of professional experience in the NGO and development sector in India, as an  individual he brings strong expertise in project execution, programme management, and community-based development.

Academically, he hold multiple postgraduate qualifications, including an MSc in Psychology, Master of Social Work (MSW), PG Diplomas in Rural Development and Agricultural Marketing Management, along with a BA in Sociology and a Diploma in Information Technology. This strong academic base complements their practical experience and enhances their multidisciplinary approach to development work.
