Mr.Parthasarathy

Mr.Parthasarathy  is With over twelve years of professional experience in the NGO and development sector in India, as an  individual he brings strong expertise in project execution, programme management, and community-based development..

Academically, he hold multiple postgraduate qualifications, including an MSc in Psychology, Master of Social Work (MSW), PG Diplomas in Rural Development and Agricultural Marketing Management, along with a BA in Sociology and a Diploma in Information Technology. This strong academic base complements their practical experience and enhances their multidisciplinary approach to development work.

He has wide exposure to grassroots engagement, team leadership, and proposal development, and has worked across diverse roles that span research, training, counselling, and programme coordination. Currently, he serve as the Managing Director of Thulir Virutcham FPCL, contributing to farmer-centric institutional development and value-chain initiatives. In parallel, he has been working as a Counsellor with the Tamil Nadu Social Welfare Board, Chennai, since April 2017, supporting social welfare and community well-being initiatives.

His rich professional experience and proven leadership qualities significantly strengthen SEEDS’ institutional capacity and strategic direction. His guidance consistently supports the organization in achieving its defined goals, while delivering multiple, measurable outcomes across programmes and community interventions.
