Ullas Programme
The Ullas Programme, implemented under the guidance of Ullas Trust and supported by Mission Samriddhi, is a holistic learning initiative designed to nurture young minds from Classes 9 to 12. The programme focuses on strengthening life skills, academic awareness, personal discipline, and civic responsibility while shaping students to become confident and socially conscious citizens. Each grade-level module contains two core components: Summit Sessions and Thematic Sessions, ensuring a balanced blend of value-based learning and practical knowledge.
For Class 9
The programme introduces fundamental life skills and personal development themes. Students learn the importance of discipline, time management, emotional balance, and respectful social
Behavior. Thematic sessions help them understand climate awareness, national leadership qualities, storytelling skills, and ethical values. These sessions enhance communication skills, creativity, and a broader understanding of society.
For Class 10
Students are guided to develop strong learning habits, goal-setting techniques, and a structured study routine as they prepare for board exams. Summit topics include planning skills, group leadership, problem solving, responsibility, and decision-making. Thematic modules cover environmental sustainability, scientific thinking, and working principles of government functioning. The focus is on building confidence and helping students transition effectively to higher secondary education.

The programme emphasizes career awareness, social responsibility, and personal leadership. Students explore the importance of self-discipline, social values, and community welfare. Thematic sessions create awareness about government schemes, rights to education, and the value of helping others. These activities help students develop empathy, responsible citizenship, and long-term vision for their future.
