M. Rajeshwaran serves as the Project Manager of the Eco-DRR (Ecosystem-based Disaster Risk Reduction) Project, bringing a strong academic foundation and professional experience in agricultural extension and rural development. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension and Communication, equipping him with advanced knowledge in farmer engagement,communication strategies, and sustainable resource management.

He has 4 years of teaching experience, during which he developed strong skills in training,knowledge dissemination, and capacity building. This academic background enhances his ability to effectively engage with farmers and community stakeholders.

At SEEDS NGO, he has over Two year of experience managing the Eco-DRR project, where he is responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of activities focused on ecosystem restoration, climate resilience, and disaster risk reduction. His role involves
coordinating field teams, promoting sustainable land and water management practices, and strengthening community preparedness against environmental risks.

His combined expertise in research, extension, and field implementation enables him to deliver impactful interventions that support both environmental sustainability and community resilience.
