C. Prabakaran serves as an Agronomist in Watershed projects, bringing over 13 years of extensive experience in agricultural extension, field operations, and technical project management. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Organic
Livelihoods (PGDOL), providing him with strong technical knowledge and practical expertise in sustainable agriculture.

Throughout his career, he has held key positions across reputed organizations, including serving as an Extension Field Officer at EPPI, Senior Extension Officer at Hatsun, Deputy Manager at Dvara E-Diary Solutions Limited, and Assistant Project Manager at Sistema.bio. He has also worked as an Assistant Project Manager in technical operations at Buen Manejo del Camp, gaining valuable experience in
implementing and managing agriculture-based development projects.

His diverse professional background has equipped him with strong skills in farmer engagement, extension services, livestock and dairy-based interventions, and sustainable agricultural practices. In his current role, he contributes to watershed project implementation
by promoting soil and water conservation, supporting farmers with technical guidance, and strengthening field-level operations.

His vast field experience, combined with his technical and managerial capabilities, enables him to effectively support rural development initiatives and improve farmer livelihoods.
