Chinna Murugan

Chinna Murugan serves as a Project Manager at PRADAN, bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in the rural development sector. He holds an M.Phil. and Ph.D., which provide him with a strong academic foundation and in-depth understanding of development practices and community engagement.

With a long-standing career in NGO sector work, he has developed significant expertise in planning,implementing, and managing rural development programs. His experience spans working closely with communities to improve livelihoods, strengthen grassroots institutions, and promote sustainable development initiatives.

As a Project Manager, he plays a key role in coordinating project activities, guiding field teams, and ensuring effective execution of programs. His strong leadership, combined with practical field knowledge, enables him to deliver impactful and community-centered
