Pandiaraj S serves as the Project Director with extensive experience in the development sector, bringing over 28 years of professional expertise in NGO and Farmer Producer Organization (FPO)management. He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree along with a Diploma in Micro Finance Practices (DMFP), which strengthens his technical and managerial capabilities in rural development.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership in planning, implementing, and monitoring development projects,
particularly in strengthening institutional frameworks for FPOs. His expertise lies in capacity building of farmers and grassroots organizations, enabling them to improve productivity, governance, and sustainability.

He has significant experience in commodity marketing, where he has successfully facilitated market linkages, improved value chains, and enhanced farmers’ access to better pricing mechanisms. His strategic approach and deep understanding of rural economies have
contributed to the growth and performance of multiple farmer collectives.

With a commitment to inclusive development, he continues to guide and mentor project teams, ensuring effective execution of programs and long-term impact in the communities served.
